Portal operator
Controller: Guillem Mont. Privacy contact: contacto@calculaycontrata.com. We use your email to verify access and manage requests; it is not shown to companies. Only you decide whom to converse with and which contact details to share. Google Analytics and Google Ads advertising measurement activate only if you accept each category separately; they do not load on account, company or administration pages. You can reject them without losing functionality and change your choice in Cookie preferences. With advertising measurement permission, Google Ads may receive events for requests received and requests verified and qualified, without your email, phone number, addresses, answers or estimated price. Click identifiers are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are not used for personalized ads. You can withdraw measurement of previous requests from your account; data already sent to Google is also subject to the provider’s rights channels. You can export or delete your data in your account, or exercise your rights by writing to the privacy contact. Quote reception ends on the date specified for each request. Operational request data is purged in batches once 90 days have passed since expiry, without prejudice to earlier closure or erasure; private copies are kept for 14 days. The service uses external email, analytics and advertising measurement providers.

Use of the service
Calcula y Contrata lets you browse companies, estimate services and manage requests and conversations. Unclaimed informational profiles do not receive quote requests. Publishing a profile or preview does not verify every company claim or grant it access to requests: that eligibility is checked separately.
Directory information may change. Report errors through the portal's contact channel or manage company details from its account. Estimates and proposals are governed by the terms displayed for each operation.
Ownership and third-party rights
We reserve exploitation rights over our own software, texts and editorial materials, and the portal's original selection or structure, to the extent that we own them and they are legally protected. Database rights are reserved only to the extent that the protection recognised by law exists.
We do not claim ownership of facts, isolated data or third-party materials over which we have no rights. Company trade names, logos, photographs and content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party software and data under open licences retain those licences and their terms; this notice does not restrict them.
Content extraction and reuse
Unless expressly authorised, permitted by an applicable licence or required by a mandatory legal exception, we do not authorise automated or bulk extraction—including scraping—systematic copying, republication, resale or commercial reuse of software, protected content or parts of the database subject to rights. Nor do we authorise their use to train artificial intelligence systems where such use requires our permission.
This reservation does not prevent normal browsing, sharing links or ordinary indexing of public pages to facilitate search, with the excerpts necessary for that purpose and within applicable limits. It does not affect uses permitted by a third-party licence, unprotected facts or exceptions that the law requires us to respect, including extraction or reuse of insubstantial parts by a lawful database user under the legal terms.
Reservation of text and data mining rights
For works, subject matter and content over which we have authority to reserve rights, we expressly reserve their use for text and data mining, including training artificial intelligence models, under Article 67.3 of Royal Decree-Law 24/2021. This reservation is also expressed through machine-readable signals on the portal.
The reservation does not remove mandatory exceptions, including mining for scientific research by research organisations and cultural heritage institutions where they meet legal requirements. Nor does it create rights over unprotected content or replace owners' licences. To request a reuse licence, use the portal's contact channel.
Company permissions to publish materials
The person requesting to manage a company profile from their verified account must confirm that they may represent it. Authorisation to publish its profile and optional permission to capture its website are separate decisions. No authorisation replaces checks of representation, rights to materials or publication quality.
The authorisation allows company details to be published. Each specific protected material is identified and authorised when it is provided or updated on the portal, by confirming the rights to that contribution. The representative may grant only rights they hold or have sufficient authority to sublicense. Owning the domain, company or an account does not by itself establish rights to photographs, design, logos or other elements commissioned from third parties. We do not request transfer of ownership or rights over all works that may be created in future.
The publication licence is free and non-exclusive. It permits reproduction, public communication and technical adaptation of materials to display the profile and, if separately authorised, website previews on Calcula y Contrata. Its territorial scope is worldwide because the portal is accessible over the internet, and it lasts while permission remains valid. Technical providers may use them only to provide this service, without a licence to exploit them independently.
Screenshot renewals are limited to authorised materials on the identified website. They do not automatically include new works or third-party materials added later. Every new screenshot requires quality and rights review before publication.
Revoke permissions or request removal
You can revoke publication authorisation or screenshot permission from the company account, or request removal through the portal's contact channel. When permission is revoked, we stop enabling new publications based on it and remove materials that depend on that authorisation from the portal, without prejudice to other applicable rights or legal bases.
Revocation does not make uses made while permission was valid unlawful. We may retain minimal evidence of authorisation and revocation with restricted access to address liabilities and claims. Removal from the portal cannot guarantee deletion of copies retained by third parties beyond our control.
