Receive your moving customers' inventories
Your customer prepares the list and moving details on a page bearing your company name. You can add your logo and choose a colour.
Prepare and send the invitation
Add your logo and choose a colour. Create an invitation for the customer's email address, copy the link and send it through your agreed channel.
The customer completes their inventory
They sign in with a code sent to their email, without creating a Calcula y Contrata account. They can add furniture, boxes, photos, notes, and pickup and delivery points. They save the draft until they decide to send it to you.
Review what they sent you
Submission gives you access to the inventory and estimated volume. If information is missing, you can request changes. You prepare the valuation and quote yourself.
Your company receives the inventory when the customer decides to send it to you. The content is not shared with other companies.
Access requires an approved, active company with a verified email address. You can use inventories even if you do not receive platform requests.

Respond to assigned requests
Review the job and provide your price, availability and terms. If you need a site visit to quote, you can say so.
The customer starts the conversation
They can ask you a question or request a visit. You agree on the work directly; the platform does not charge the customer for the service.
Publishing a profile is optional
After approval, you can publish a profile with your chosen contact details and remove it whenever you wish. The profile and availability to receive requests are managed separately.
