Controller and use of your data
Controller: Guillem Mont. Privacy contact: contacto@calculaycontrata.com. We use your email to verify access and manage requests; it is not shown to companies. Only you decide whom to converse with and which contact details to share. Google Analytics and Google Ads advertising measurement activate only if you accept each category separately; they do not load on account, company or administration pages. You can reject them without losing functionality and change your choice in Cookie preferences. With advertising measurement permission, Google Ads may receive events for requests received and requests verified and qualified, without your email, phone number, addresses, answers or estimated price. Click identifiers are retained for a maximum of 90 days and are not used for personalized ads. You can withdraw measurement of previous requests from your account; data already sent to Google is also subject to the provider’s rights channels. You can export or delete your data in your account, or exercise your rights by writing to the privacy contact. Quote reception ends on the date specified for each request. Operational request data is purged in batches once 90 days have passed since expiry, without prejudice to earlier closure or erasure; private copies are kept for 14 days. The service uses external email, analytics and advertising measurement providers.

Account and sessions
Auth0 manages sign-in and verifies your identity using your chosen method. Calcula y Contrata receives an account identifier, your name and email address, together with its verification status. We do not receive your provider password.
We use necessary cookies to maintain your session and protect access. You can view and close your sessions in My account. The “Remember me” option keeps it for up to 30 days, closing after 3 days of inactivity. Without this option, it expires after at most 8 hours and after 2 hours of inactivity.
These periods apply to the Calcula y Contrata session. Auth0 and your chosen provider may have their own session periods. Signing out of the portal does not guarantee that you are signed out of that provider in other services.
Keep your work when reloading
To prevent you losing work when reloading, we retain your answers and selected locations in this tab for 10 minutes after the last change. This includes the move's origin and destination addresses and the adjusted cleaning point. This draft does not send requests or share your addresses with companies or analytics.
Recover the calculation when signing in
To recover a calculation after sign-in, we temporarily save its answers, the moving inventory and route, any optional addresses you supplied, the cleaning point if selected, and a recovery identifier associated with the browser. We do not include contact details in this draft. The recovery link expires after 10 minutes. Recovering it does not send a request: you can review it before deciding whether to submit it.
Contact and request a quote from a profile
If you contact or request a quote from a company profile, Calcula y Contrata receives your message and selected company; a quote request also includes the locality and optional date. We verify your account email before saving the submission. The company can view these messages and quotes in its private space once its ownership is verified. If it does not yet have a verified owner, the portal receives the request for handling. It is not distributed to other companies and does not establish that the selected one is available or will respond.
By confirming submission, you authorise us to pass the job details you wrote to the selected company. Your account email remains within our private management and is not automatically given to the company. Avoid including sensitive information or unnecessary personal data. You can view these requests in your space, include them in your data export and delete them when closing your profile.
If you need to sign in, we retain the form text in this tab for up to 30 minutes so it can be recovered when you return. Recovering it does not submit the request: you must review and confirm submission. We delete this draft on recovery, sign-out or completed submission.
Company authorisations and data
Publication of company data and permission to use its materials are managed separately from analytics. We record decisions about representation, profile publication and website screenshots, the accepted version and text, date and time, company, accepting account and, where applicable, the identified website and revocation. The account email is used to manage access and private communications; accepting these permissions does not by itself publish it.
These records allow us to provide the service, check declared authority, demonstrate permissions and address claims. They are retained with restricted access while needed to manage the account and its authorisations and for the legal periods applicable to liabilities. You can revoke permissions from your account or through the portal's contact channel and exercise data protection rights through the same channel. Revoking publication permission does not require accepting or withdrawing analytics.
Moving route and addresses
When you type at least two characters for the origin or destination, we send the text to Geoapify to suggest addresses, streets, localities and postcodes. When you choose both locations, we send their coordinates to Geoapify to calculate the road distance. The distance is approximate and you can correct it. The server processes these searches and coordinates temporarily without storing them in logs, analytics or shared caches. Coverage checks use only Spanish municipalities we can identify; selecting an international location does not imply that companies are available.
When a route has been calculated, we display its map using OpenStreetMap cartography through our server. The map provider receives the indices of requested images without your IP address or address text. Proposed sea crossings are indicative; the company must confirm the connection and its price.
If you submit the request, we save optional addresses privately so you can view them and decide later whether to share them with a company. They are not included in the data companies receive or shared without your consent. You can export them or request deletion from your account; request data retention applies.
Cleaning address
When searching for a post-construction cleaning address, we send the text to Geoapify to provide suggestions. If that service is unavailable, you can choose a locality or type the address and postcode. Searches are processed temporarily without being saved in logs, analytics or shared caches. The map loads OpenStreetMap cartography through our server: the provider receives tiles requested by the server without your IP address or address text. You can move the marker to adjust the point. When you do, we send its coordinates to Geoapify to update the address and postcode. If we cannot find the address or the postcode is missing, you can review them and complete the postcode manually.
The estimate uses the postcode, not the exact address or map point. When you submit a request, we save the address and optional point privately for you to view. Companies receive the area and job details without that address or its coordinates. This data is included in your export and deleted with the request data or when you close your profile.
Retention, export and account closure
Request, conversation and photograph data is retained to manage the service and deleted or anonymised when the applicable operational retention period expires or an account closure is processed. You can export your data and request profile deletion from the customer space. If the same account maintains an active company profile, the identity needed to manage it may be retained; its closure and removal of materials are handled separately.
Business invoices, where they exist, and the minimum evidence needed to fulfil obligations or address claims have their own retention periods. Private backups are cleaned under their retention policy without instant deletion; closures occurring after a backup must be applied before restoring it.
Sign-in provider account
Closing your Calcula y Contrata profile revokes portal sessions but does not delete your Auth0, Google or other external provider account. You can use the portal's contact channel to request management of sign-in data and the provider's channels to exercise rights over its own account.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Cookie preferences are shared in this browser between calculaycontrata.com (including www) and the services mudanzas.calculaycontrata.com, pintura.calculaycontrata.com, limpieza-fin-obra.calculaycontrata.com, manitas.calculaycontrata.com, fontaneria.calculaycontrata.com, electricidad.calculaycontrata.com and cerrajeria.calculaycontrata.com, including the Catalan, English and French versions of these seven services under calculaycontrata.com, all under the same owner. Acceptance, rejection and changes for each purpose apply to these sites. You can withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any of them.
The necessary first-party cookie calculaycontrata_consent retains independent analytics and advertising measurement preferences, their version, expiry and withdrawal dates for 180 days after your last decision. It contains no visitor identifiers, contact details or click identifiers. Browsing does not renew this period. Earlier acceptance limited to one site is not automatically extended: we request a new decision for the shared scope. If you delete the cookie or it expires, we will ask again.
Google Analytics is activated only if you accept analytics. You can change your choice in the footer. We do not send your contact details to analytics. Administration, private accounts and conversations do not use analytics.
If you accept analytics, we also count visible profile appearances and clicks to official websites so each company can view its visibility. We save only daily counters per profile and service, not browsing histories, contact details, visitor identifiers or IP addresses. The dashboard shows the last 7 or 30 days. Older data stops being shown and is progressively deleted by service cleanup. Clicks do not prove the destination website loaded, and counters do not represent unique people.
You can choose analytics and advertising measurement separately in cookie preferences. If you authorise advertising measurement, we use Google Ads to link ad clicks to requests. We retain click identifiers for up to 90 days; consented acquisition information may accompany the calculation when you sign in and submit the request. Verified and qualified requests may be reported to Google as conversions without sending your email, phone, addresses, answers or estimated price. We do not use this authorisation for personalised ads. Administration and your private space do not load Google tags. You can change your choice and request data deletion from your account.
When you withdraw a purpose, we stop new measurement for that purpose across the services. Open tabs check the decision when they regain visibility and during use; it is also checked before new events are emitted. Google cookies remain limited to each site and are deleted when it processes the withdrawal. Technical receipts for earlier conversions remain separate by site and tab: a pending withdrawal is communicated when that site runs again, even if you have since accepted again. To withdraw measurement associated with a request without returning to the original site, use that request's privacy options in your account.
Form protection
Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to reduce automated submissions. When active, the form connects to Cloudflare to perform this check.
Directory and business crawler
CalculaYContrataBot consults OpenStreetMap and relevant public pages on official websites to identify businesses and check their services. Factual extraction retains useful facts and their provenance without importing reviews, photographs, marketing text or retrieved emails. Website screenshots are managed separately. Unclaimed profiles do not receive quote requests. You can request access, rectification, objection or removal through the contact indicated above. We retain minimal exclusion identifiers to prevent a removed profile from being imported again.
Platform reviews
The scores and fields you confirm are saved as a draft. To publish a review without a supporting document, you must sign in with a verified account. If you provide a supporting document, you can submit without an account: it awaits manual review and is published as verified only if approved. Creating an account lets you view and edit your review. Each account has one editable overall rating per company; it can review different experiences linked to platform quotes or documented work. Scores are published without moderation; comments and supporting documents are reviewed separately. The public name is also reviewed before display. The chosen language is retained with the comment. A first-party cookie lets you recover the visitor draft, without browser fingerprinting. Once linked to an account, only that account can manage it. Supporting documents are never published on the website: they are used only for private review of the service or interaction. Access is available to the author, the company providing its own evidence and administrators according to their permissions. You can manage reviews from your account and exercise your rights using the contact on this page. The review page and administration do not use analytics.
Company maps
The directory map shows groups by locality and company points when zoomed in. Published coordinates come from companies or directory sources and do not by themselves guarantee an exact address. When a published coordinate is missing but a municipal reference exists, we use that location and label it approximate; it is not the company's address. The map does not use your location. When visible, it loads OpenStreetMap cartography through our server. The provider receives the server request without your IP address or search filters. A Google map loads only when you choose to load it or open its link.
Website screenshots
Separately, we prepare official website screenshots for private review. We publish a preview only after checking its quality and sufficient authorisation or rights basis for the materials it contains. The representative's permission is optional and covers only rights they may grant. Renewals are reviewed again and do not automatically authorise new works or third-party materials. You can revoke permission from your account or request removal through the portal's contact channel.
Optional location
We only look up your location when you select “Use my location” and allow browser access. We look for a nearby municipality without saving your coordinates. You can select the locality or province manually and change it at any time. Proximity to a municipality's centre does not identify your exact address.

Shared moving inventory
When you choose to share, we send the inventory to the server and retain it temporarily for ten minutes for sign-in. It is then saved in your account with the pickup and delivery points, available map, and any photos and notes you add, until you delete the inventory or your account.
Anyone with the link can view the inventory, the locations and map you choose to show, photos and notes. You can hide only the map or the entire origin and destination, and edit the points in My inventories. The map is saved as a static image; its original coordinates are not retained. Hiding it or disabling the link makes it unavailable for new views. This does not delete copies another person has saved. Your email is not included, and we do not retrieve addresses from other requests. Reactivating a disabled link generates a new one. Review locations, map, photos and notes before sharing. We remove photograph metadata but do not hide visible content. These pages do not use analytics or appear in search engines.
Inventory requested by a company
A verified, approved company can create an invitation linked to its customer's email address. The company sends the link through its usual channel; to access it, the customer requests a code at that email address. Access applies only to that inventory and does not create an individual account. The link is valid for thirty days, the code for fifteen minutes and the session for up to eight hours. The company may renew or revoke the invitation.
The customer page displays the name and, when the company supplies it with permission, its logo. Calcula y Contrata, operated by Guillem Mont, provides storage and technical access; the domain and code sender remain those of the service. We record confirmation of logo use and its date. This permission does not authorise publication of the inventory or reuse of the material in the directory.
The draft includes the items, quantities, measurements, notes, pickup and delivery points, and photos entered by the customer. While it is being prepared, the company can only check its status. When the customer selects Send inventory, the inviting company can view the content to prepare its own quote. It is not distributed to other companies, does not create a marketplace request and has no link for sharing with third parties. If the company reopens editing, it can no longer view the content until the next submission; this does not delete copies it has already received.
Data and photos remain saved until the company deletes the inventory. Expiry or revocation of an invitation closes customer access but does not delete the inventory. To ask about its use or request deletion, contact the company through your usual channel; for technical service matters, you can use the portal's contact channel. These pages include no analytics or advertising and are not included in search engines.
