How to register a company and what gets reviewed

Requesting registration starts a review. It does not by itself activate coverage, publication rights or receipt of projects.

Open “Register my company” and complete the form. You will need the company’s email address, trading name, tax identification and address. If you are already signed in, the form uses that account’s email address. Check that it represents the company you want to register.

Services and postcodes

Select the services you offer and enter between one and ten Spanish postcodes, separated by commas or spaces. Duplicate codes count only once. We will review coverage for each service in the areas you request; listing an area does not guarantee available projects.

Selecting “Request registration” starts the process. If your email is unverified, you will need to complete verification. The company and requested coverage are then reviewed before access to projects is enabled. Receipt of the form does not mean approval.

Registration, public profile and projects

The company account, directory profile and coverage for receiving requests have different conditions. If you are claiming an existing profile, creating an account does not grant publication rights. Linking it requires a review of your authority to represent that company. Rights for any public content you want to contribute are also reviewed.

Access to projects is free, with no fees or subscriptions. Receiving requests requires a verified email, an approved company and coverage, and depends on demand and your availability. Registration does not guarantee a number of contacts or make your professional service free.

Once you can sign in, check the status in your company account and correct any information that needs reviewing. Do not add passwords or sensitive documents to description fields. If the form shows an access problem or a pending check, resolve it before submitting another registration for the same company.
