One area can have several uses

In a studio, the bed, sofa and table may share a space. Review items individually: if you use a sofa bed, avoid also counting a bed you will not move. The template suggests items and quantities to start; replace them with what you have and remove furniture staying in the home.

Count what you store too

Clothes, books and kitchen utensils need to appear in the inventory's boxes. Group them by use and update box quantities as you prepare the move. If furniture has different measurements from the catalogue, edit its name and dimensions so you can recognise it when reviewing the list.

Check access for large furniture

Note the floors and lifts at the origin and destination when continuing to pricing. Identify items that might need dismantling and give the company their measurements. A small home does not by itself describe pickup and delivery conditions.

From inventory to estimate

Volume is calculated from item quantities and dimensions. To obtain an indicative price estimate, then complete the route, access and services needed. Review the breakdown and assumptions; the company must confirm the scope and price of your move.
