GUIDE FOR MOVING COMPANIES

Receive your customer's inventory before preparing their quote

Your customer organises furniture, boxes, photos and moving details in a space with your company's name and branding. You receive the content when they decide to send it.

Activate your company's access

When registering, you can select I only want to use my customers' inventories. This lets you prepare inventories with them without choosing areas to receive platform requests.

Your email must be verified and the company approved. While registration is under review, the portal shows a pending status.

Prepare the invitation for your customer

In Customer inventories, set the colour and a logo you have permission to use. Select Invite a customer and enter a reference and their email address.

Copy the private link and send it through your usual channel. Creating the invitation does not send the link automatically.

Hide link only closes this result on your screen; the customer can still open the invitation. To revoke access, use the action in the final step.

Invitation ready to copy and send to the customer
Only the customer with the specified email address can access the invitation.

Open the inventory with a code

The customer opens the link, enters the invitation email address and requests an eight-digit code. They can paste it to access the inventory without creating an account.

If they enter a digit incorrectly, they can correct it and try again. The email containing the code comes from Calcula y Contrata.

Private customer access with the inviting company's name
The customer's page retains the identity of the company that invited them.

Prepare and save a private draft

The customer adds items, quantities, measurements, photos and notes. They can also specify pickup and delivery points. Save draft preserves the work so they can continue later.

While it is a draft, the company can see that it is being prepared but cannot read its items, photos or notes. Before sending it, the customer must review any personal information visible in photos and comments.

Confirmation that the draft is saved and still private to the customer
Saving and sending are separate actions. The confirmation states that the company still cannot view the content.

Receive the inventory and request any changes needed

By selecting Send inventory to…, the customer submits the content to the named company. The company selects Refresh inventory to view the latest submission and prepare its quote separately.

If you request changes, the customer can edit the inventory again. Changes remain private until they submit it again.

The calculated volume is an estimate of the listed items. The company determines the price, scope and terms of its proposal.

Renew the link or close access

Generating another invitation invalidates the previous link and session; the new link requires email verification again. Close customer access prevents them from continuing to open the inventory.

The data remains saved until the company deletes the inventory. Closing a link does not erase copies someone has already legitimately received.

Customer page stating that the invitation is no longer available
A closed invitation no longer provides access to the content.

An invited inventory is directed to the company requesting it. It does not create a platform request or get distributed to other companies.

Your company must be approved and active, with a verified email address. You can use inventories even if you do not receive platform requests.
